Terms of Service
Last updated August 5, 2026
By creating an account or joining a bundle you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose — the most important one is that Bundle is a coordination tool, not a payment processor.
1. What Bundle is
Bundle gives a group one page for its collections, sign-ups, RSVPs, expenses, and updates. Organizers create bundles and invite members. Members respond to requests.
2. Bundle does not handle money
Bundle does not process, transmit, hold, escrow, or guarantee any payment. When a group collects money, members pay the organizer directly using the organizer's own payment service or in person. Bundle only records what the organizer or member says happened, so the group has a shared ledger.
This means Bundle is not a party to any payment, cannot reverse or refund one, charges no fees on contributions, and takes no responsibility for how funds are collected, held, or spent by an organizer.
3. Organizer responsibilities
- Describe honestly what the money is for and roughly how it will be spent.
- Keep the ledger accurate — record contributions you receive and mark refunds you issue.
- Handle any refund request from your members directly and promptly.
- Comply with any rules of your school, league, or organization, and with applicable law and tax obligations.
- Only collect the personal information you actually need, and only share it within the group.
4. Member responsibilities
- Only report a contribution you actually sent, with the correct amount.
- Direct questions about a collection, a refund, or how funds were spent to the organizer.
- Keep group content and other members' details inside the group.
5. Your account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account was accessed by someone else.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bundle to:
- Solicit money under false pretenses, or for anything illegal.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Upload malware, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Collect sensitive data (government IDs, financial account numbers, health records) from members.
We may suspend or remove accounts or bundles that break these rules.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Bundle the limited right to store and display it so the service works for your group. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload, including photos and receipts.
8. Availability and changes
Bundle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use Bundle after a change means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bundle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any dispute between an organizer and a member — including disputes about money that was collected, spent, or refunded outside the platform.
