Refund Policy

Last updated August 5, 2026

Bundle never receives your contribution, so Bundle cannot refund it. Refunds are handled by the organizer who collected the money.

Why refunds go through the organizer

Contributions on Bundle are paid directly from a member to an organizer using the organizer's own payment service — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or cash. Bundle records that it happened; it never holds the funds. Only the person who received the money can send it back.

If you are a member and want a refund

  • Message the organizer from the bundle page and explain what you are asking for.
  • Include the amount, the date, and the payment method you used.
  • Once the organizer sends the money back, ask them to mark the contribution as refunded so the ledger matches reality.
  • If the payment app you used has its own dispute process, that process still applies — Bundle is not involved in it.

If you are an organizer

  • Respond to refund requests promptly and honestly — you are the only one who can issue one.
  • Refund through the same method you were paid whenever possible.
  • Mark the contribution as Refunded in your ledger so the totals stay accurate for everyone.
  • If a collection is cancelled, tell the group what you plan to do with the money already received before you spend any of it.

Bundle subscriptions

Bundle is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, this page will describe how to cancel and what a refund of a subscription fee looks like. Group contributions will still be handled by the organizer.

Reporting a problem

If you believe an organizer is misusing a collection, email hello@bundlecommunity.com. We cannot recover funds, but we can review the bundle and suspend accounts that break our Terms of Service.
